Pirate's Companion features tempered, high carbon steel blade with the traditional brass fist guard (brass didn't rust at sea). The full guard and shorter blade were preferred in close quarter ship combat. Pirate's Companion includes leather sheath w/ brass accents. Contoured wood grip. Where would the seafaring rogue be without his trusty cutlass? This stout sword is made to be as rugged as the originals. Gorgeous brass basket and nice hardwood grip. No need to sail the high seas in search of ill-gotten riches; this beauty is a treasure in itself. Made by Windlass Steelcrafts. The stereotypical dress of a pirate include eye patch, wooden/peg leg, hook hand, bright-colored mismatched clothes (Motley), bandana, golden hoop earring, parrot on the shoulder, mischievous ship's monkey. Although these are just stereotypes, many of them are true.
