Robin Hood Jacket
|
Robin Hood Jacket is a heavy two-piece garment consisting of a corduroy undershirt with padded and studded sleeves and a quilted sleeveless gambeson. Both pieces are chocolate brown corduroy. Gambeson also looks good with the Robin Hood Shirt. The Robin Hood Jacket is available in S/M and L/XL.
Robin Hood is a legendary hero of 12th-century England who robbed the rich to help the poor, but he also pursues other types of equality and justice. Courteous, manly, and fair, Robin Hood reflected many of the ideals of the English yeoman. He lived in Sherwood Forest with Little John, his chief archer, Friar Tuck, his beloved Maid Marion, and his band. Robin Hood was the hero of at least thirty Middle English ballads and of many later stories and plays.
