Celtic Dancers Tapestry

The Celtic Dancers tapestry offers an interesting design of Celtic dancers that also features the Celtic knots as well as the Greek key. The tapestry measures 80" x 100", is pre-shrunk, color-fast and machine washable. It is made of 100% cotton. The Celtic dancers tapestry is available in Autumn Red only.
Archeological findings conclude that the Celts originated about 3200 years ago in the basin of the upper Danube, the Alps, part of France and Germany. Between the 1st and 5th century they spread over most of Europe, from Spain and Italy to Britain and Ireland. The Celtic tribes were held together by dominate families in aristocratic way. Kings were their leaders and farmers, laborers, slaves, warriors followed them. They lived from farming, raising cattle, hunting and trade. They worshiped many gods; kings had to perform in secret ceremonies. The position of Celtic women was very high; Celts believed in many female goddess.
