The Woodsman's Cloak is a textured cotton cloak for hardy activities. The overall length of the cloak is 54 inches. The Woodman's cloak is available in brown only. Woodsman, or man of woods, is a term applied to a person coming from or living in wooded area. The stereotype of woodsmen is that they are nature-wise person who hunt for food and live simply. They are often represented as male, bearded, knowledgeable about plants and animals, and having highly developed tracking and survival skills. A cloak is a type of loose garment which is worn over indoor clothing and serves the same purpose as an overcoat – it protects the wearer from the cold, rain, or wind. The cloak is a stereotypical outfit of witches or wizards, but was also common during the medieval times. The styles of cloaks varied; they generally fasten at the neck or over the shoulder, some have an attached hood. The styles and designs of cloaks have changed over time. |
