Beautiful pewter locket adorned with the ancient medieval Celtic cross is a great way to wear your favorite perfume or scented oils, as they did in the middle ages. Just put a drop of scent on your special perfume pad (multiple pads included) and place it in your locket.
To the Celts, the Cross was a symbol of the four quarters: North, South, East and West.
The circle connecting the four "arms" of the cross symbolized the Eternal Cycle of Life, Death and Rebirth. This distinct style of cross, dates from the early Middle Ages and is found in churchyards throughout Scotland.
