Deluxe Excalibur Sword is a legendary sword of King Arthur. The sword features hilt heavily decorated with dragons. The handle is simulated wire wrapped and the pommel, quillion are finished with a gold patina. Deluxe Excalibur Sword comes complete with a leather wrapped scabbard, finished with gold patina. The overall length of the Deluxe Excalibur Sword is 44." In Arthurian legend, Excalibur was the sword given to King Arthur by the Lady of the Lake. At Arthur's death Sir Bedivere threw Excalibur into the lake; a hand rose from the water, caught the sword, and disappeared. Another sword, sometimes mistakenly identified with Excalibur, was drawn from a stone by Arthur to prove his royalty. Overall length: 44" |
